The camo design has been designed to mimic the coastal rocks and kelp forests of the waters of Cornwall in the South West of the United Kingdom. Helping you to blend in while cruising over the rocks or finning through the kelp forests looking for fish to hunt.
Lengths:
The camo design comes in 3 different lengths, Long, Medium and Short. Depending how you wish to move through the water. The longer gives you a bigger power range to handle bigger fish, where the shorter allows better agility in shallower waters when trying ambush fish and less likely to hit rocks due to the length. the Medium is balance between the two.

The B-Spec is 29/71 entry level blade. It is based very closely on the X-Blade with regards to its internal architecture. Its made using Pre-Preg Carbon Fibres. The difference between that of the X-Blade and the B-Spec is that it is 5cm shorter and only has one flex option available which is Soft. We designed it to a budget specifically for free divers considering buying their first pair of blades. Because we believe that plastic blades are counter productive to beginners development. With the B-Spec blade, thou a touch more in cost than plastic blades, you won’t need not to buy another set of blades for a few years. But the B-Spec will give you everything you need to develop as a beginner to an advanced diver.

Wetsuits
29/71 wetsuits are made from NJN neoprene, a material made in Japan with exquisite attention to detail during manufacturing. The neoprene is a super stretchy with a very high density. These characteristics make our wetsuits well suited for deep diving as the NJN neoprene resists being overly compressed at great depths, ensuring it keeps you warm through thermoclines and holds its form beautifully throughout the dive.
As well as being super stretchy it does not hinder your movement underwater no matter which discipline you are doing. With a 29/71 tailor made wetsuit, you can be certain that your wetsuit will continue to enhance your performance and experience of each and every dive you embark on.
We also offer an entry level tailor made suit, made from Sheico Neoprene, it is super stretchy but not as dense. It comes available Smoothskin on the outside and Lined on the inside or Lined on the outside and Opencell on the inside. It is an excellent choice, should this be your first tailor made wetsuit as you discover depth more and more.
*Please allow 6-8 weeks Oct-Apr, and up 12 weeks May-Sept for the to be delivered. We aim to do quicker but please do allow this time to avoid disappointment.
** As all suits are customised to your body shape, unwanted wetsuits cannot be refunded or returned.

Footpockets: DS.1
An absolute evolution in footpocket design. We at 29/71 have created the DS.1 where form and function were integrated in the design from the beginning. We wanted to produce a lightweight, comfortable footpocket that gives the ultimate diving performance.
Key features we wanted in the design was for each pair come as a left and a right. To also eradicate discomfort and blistering common in all footpockets, and in the DS.1 we have done this. Another engineering feat we wanted to do, was to reduce the weight of the footpocket, and we have been able to reduce the weight by 40% compared to the average footpocket.
So how have we done this?
Each footpocket shape is 3D woven to mimic the foot shape and then TPU stiffners are welded to give rigidity in the exact place for efficient and instant energy transfer from freediver to the blades. And with each footpocket there are two sole plates, an inner and an outer where the blade is sandwiched between the two soles. This gives the freediver a tangible connection directly to the blade. Each sole is made from a rigid 3D Printed material, this gives the diver a stable platform to transfer the energy perfectly in the up and down kick.
Each footpocket has a drawstring to help customise the fitting around the ankle.
To fit the blade to the footpocket, there are four M4 blots which screw into the innersole, this makes assembling and disassembling for traveling or interchanging between different blades to suit ones diving conditions very easy. No more dealing with glue or having to have a professional fit your blades. With the supplied screwdriver you can fit your blades in the comfort of your home or even at the dive centre in less than 5 minutes.
So if your looking for comfort and performance in your freediving or any diving activity the DS.1 is ready to take you to new depths.

Safety Lanyards: Steel
Lanyards Series 2: Carbon
29/71 Safety Lanyard Series 2 builds on top of Series 1 innovative design. The latest version has been slimmed down for better hydrodynamic gains for competition dives. But with further development in the 3D print design of the lanyard we have been able to increase the strength of the Series 2, now able to hold 280kg. By an increase in carbon fibre mix used in the carabiner nylon matrix.
The design still has the same 360 rotation at both the carabiner end and wriststrap end allowing, as before, the lanyard to stay straight and never gets tangled during your dive especially at the turn. And with its weight further reduced the lanyard feels almost invisible during your dive.
We have taken input from competing Freedivers to find what they really want in a lanyard, and with that information we have produced the Series 2 to be, lightweight, super strong, hydrodynamic, and so being perfect for all levels of Freedivers and freediving disciplines.

The 29/71 Freediving Buoy, designed around the travelling freediver. To go anywhere and in any bag, no matter if your walking to your dive site or packing to travel to the other side of the world. The 29/71 Freediving Buoy packs down so the outer-cover and inner-tube fully collapse and can be place into the top bag, weighing a total of 1kg.
Made from heavy duty 1000 denier PU coated Nylon fabric, which gives superior strength and durability from the day to day use of freediving. Whether you are training, teaching or the constant use in any freediving school.
Our Freediving Buoys are constructed using double and triple stitch methods to ensure the structural integrity of each seam, and most importantly where the guide line is connected to the Buoy. Each Buoy has a double D-Ring for your carabiner to attach, ensuring that the guide line is safe and secure. The inner space is large enough to easily hold 70m of rope, but thankfully with this Buoy the Top Bag has a pouch large enough to put, water bottles, extra masks or snorkels or ones camera. Leaving the inner space to solely accommodate your guide rope, no more searching for masks and snorkels after each dive.
The inner tube has been designed so it can be inflated without a pump, and a dump valve is also attached so one can squeeze out all the air so the tube is as flat as possible for better storage in ones bag.
Last but least a small loop is sewn inside so your rope can be attached securely to the Buoy, giving you the knowledge that rope will disappear into depths by accident.

29/71 Depth Stopper, to help you mark the bottom point of your dive rope. Uniquely designed to clamp onto to your rope without the need of a knot like other brands, ensuring your rope is not damaged. This allows one to be able place the stopper exactly where you want it on your rope, and should you need readjust its position, it can easily be loosened and moved to your preferred spot on the rope.
Another advantage of the 29/71 Stopper is one does not need to feed the entire length of the rope to get to ones prefer position. Because the stopper is in two parts, it is merely a case of unclamping the two parts and removing it easily. It will take you the same total of time of 1 minute to put on or take off with the hex keys provided. If you should lose the hex keys, they can be found in any hardware store. No more costly tools needed should the situation arise to remove or put your stopper back on.
The stopper has a domed bottom so your lanyard does not get caught when you turn and ascend, and flat top for you carabiner to land perfectly when you reach the bottom of your rope.

Neck Weights
The new Series 2, 29/71 Neck Weight is an evolution to the much loved Series 1.5 Neck Weight. Building on the original design, and keeping the locking system from the Series 1.5. But now with the introduction of allowing you the option to adjust the weight of your neck weight so you can perfectly tailor your buoyancy for your dives.
The neck weight can be adjusted from 1500g down 900g and vice versa, by either adding or removing the 95g lead ingots inside the neck weight. They are removed by simply sliding off the locking heads and taking out or adding in, either the lead ingots or dummy weights to create the weight you want for your dives.
This locking system is as before but more streamlined for better hydro flow. And is still quick and easy to put or take off. But the best part of this locking system is that it can be taken off in seconds using only one hand, which is especially key when it comes to safety and ensuring airways are not restricted in a rescue situation.
The Neck Weight comes with latch sizes, S/M and M/L. Neck circumferences greater than 15.5” M/L is best suited anything less S/M is best suited. When selecting sizes, the size selected will be size we install for you. But you’ll be able to change it to the other latch size, so you can perfectly fit the neck weight to you.
