If the products are damaged in transit we will happily offer a replacement item. Please contact us immediately and we can arrange for the product to be collected.
You must include your order number in the email and supply some photographic evidence of the damaged product and the packaging. Once the collection has been arranged please return the product in the original packaging and ensure that the original delivery note is included – we can not accept returns without it.
If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, we are happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of the original order date. To qualify, the products must be returned unused and with the original packing and delivery note. Outside of the 14 day period we can offer you a credit note, but all returns and exchange shipping will be at your expense.
